With 11 years of commitment to serving the Cameroonian State, Idriss Confiance MBE has worked at the heart of the public financial apparatus, contributing to the security, modernization, and governance of public funds. His institutional commitment has enabled him to participate in structural public finance reforms and the lasting improvement of control and transparency mechanisms.
Today, he applies this expertise to national development as Chairman and CEO of YICHENG Group, Cameroon's first pharmaceutical manufacturing plant, a major project dedicated to health security and sovereignty, ensuring safer access to essential medicines.
A multisectoral visionary, he is also CEO of Confiance, an innovative company revolutionizing urban mobility in Cameroon by deploying a premium and highly secure VTC service. Built on a commitment to quality, safety, and professionalization of intra-urban transport, Confiance is redefining the standards of Cameroonian urban mobility.
His journey embodies a strong conviction: building reliable, secure, and sustainable ecosystems in service of citizens and national sovereignty.
