A Cameroonian senior civil servant, Idriss Confiance MBE embodies integrity, excellence and patriotism in public service. A graduate of the National School of Administration and Magistracy (ENAM), he has distinguished himself through his expertise in public finance and his ability to lead structural reforms.
Architect of major national projects like YICHENG (health sovereignty) and facilitator of strategic investments, he builds bridges between institutions, the private sector and youth to stimulate growth and innovation.
His social commitment is expressed through OHADA Clubs, legal training and humanitarian actions reaching over 6,000 direct beneficiaries.
